Ordnance Survey
I am currently contracting at Ordnance Survey as a UI Content and UX Designer. Whilst there I have designed banners, redeveloped the home page of the shop, remodelled the category pages, and some aspects of the product pages and checkout. I have also carried out user testing for various user journeys and hierarchical site structures.
Wiggle / Chain Reaction Cycles
I was involved in customer research, creating prototypes, designs and user journeys to champion the customer whilst increasing conversion and growing both the Wiggle and Chain Reaction Cycles brands.
